  1. bought in september and one side of my ear buds stopped working already. I want a refund or replacement please. I have yet to leave a review, but I plan to if this isn't resolved.

  2. I just took these out after having bought them last June. Only one ear bud charges. On the one that charges you can see 2 brass connectors. On the other one you one.
    Thoughts
    What can I do to get a new pair.

  3. I bought BEBN True Wireless Earbuds on Amazon on December 9, 2022. I gave them to my wife for Christmas. They worked fine for a few weeks, or maybe two months, but then one of the earbuds stopped connecting. The other one worked fine. Now neither of them will charge. I would like a replacement.

  4. I bought a pair of "BEBEN T20 True Wireless Earbuds" on amazon on June 30, 2023. This week the case has completely stopped working. It does not charge when I plug it in, nor do the earbuds charge when placed in the case. Can you send me a replacement case?

  6. I purchased this item on December 10th, 2023 -

    As of 7/21/24 the left earbud does not charge. Is the product still covered by the warranty? Thank you,
